We share our recipes for preparing coffee, any way you’d like to drink it. (We know that way would be delicious!)

clear - rich aroma - subtle flavours
Delivers a delicious and incredibly clear cup, allowing coffee lovers to enjoy even the subtlest notes in their coffee. Bonus… it brews in only 3 minutes. It’s clear why the V60 is one of specialty coffee’s favourite brewing methods, and the go-to brew of Eva, our product expert.

smooth - clear - bright
If you’re after a smooth, clear and sediment-free coffee, the Chemex pour-over is for you. A very sophisticated way of preparing your cup and Zahir, our head roaster’s favourite.

strong flavour - rich aroma - full bodied
Also known as a cafetière, cafetière a piston, caffettiera a stantuffo, press pot, coffee press or coffee plunger. It’s clear, just by its name how diverse the French press is! If you enjoy your coffee deliciously full bodied and rich in aroma, check out our selected recipe.

creamy - strong - full bodied
This tiny cup packs a huge punch. Espresso is a ‘nectar’ produced by forcing ground coffee out under high pressure using near boiling water. It’s perfectly enjoyed as a base for milk coffees or on its own.

creamy - sweet - balanced
The origin of a cappuccino is often incorrectly attributed to Italy, but this drink actually originated from Vienna. Still, these days it’s largely prepared the Italian way and we prefer it so! If you’re into coffee that’s more indulgent and creamy, give one of our recipes a try.
