Bantu Blossom

Farm: Nyabirongo. Varietal: SL14 & SL28. Process: Natural. Roast: Espresso. Flavour notes: milk chocolate, dark cherry, liquorice. Grown in the Rwenzori region at roughly 1,500–2,000 metres by around 200 smallholder farmers. Cherries are selectively picked, floated, sun-dried on raised racks, hulled, graded and colour-sorted.
