About the coffee
Gera region is known for its juicy washed coffees. Farmers in Jimma still use traditional and predominantly manual methods, with very few tasks mechanized even during processing. Very few —if any— fertilizers or pesticides are used, therefore most farms are organic-by-default. The genetic diversity of Ethiopian coffee varieties means that we experience a diversity of flavour and exceptional quality
