This lot is a direct trade purchase from Baho Coffee Emmanuel Rutsatira. Humure Washing station is owned by Baho Coffee and is unusual in Rwanda because it is managed entirely by women.
This is Natural Anaerobic, 120hrs. Selected and quality approved cherries were put in clean container, closed fully and kept inside the container without air circulation for 120 hours. Then, the container was opened, wait for 6 hrs before we put coffee on open sun, at drying tables. Coffee was then dried careful, by sorting it again, and after 79 days, the moisture content of green was 11.2% . Parchment was kept for 39 days to rest before dry milling.
