Finca La Floresta is grown in the district of Huila in Columbia by 73-year-old senora Nohora Sepulveda de Zambrano and her two sons, Edwin and Rafael, at 1700 meters above the sea level. After being harvested, the beans are fermented for 120 hours, giving the coffee a winey body and a delicate fruit-like aroma.
