In this 2,5 hour session you’ll learn the basics of roasting with a live roast session. 
We’ll cover: 
– origin, varietals and process of coffee 
– green coffee quality 
– components of roasting: heat, air and time 
– roast profiles 
– sample roasting 
– cupping

Then it’s your turn to roast alongside the session’s roast master and take home a bag of your own roasted coffee.
