After this 2 hour workshop, you’ll understand the barista basics like pulling the perfect shot and foaming perfectly silky micro foam. 

We’ll cover: 

– origin, varietals and processing of coffee
– how all of these impact the flavour 
– differences between the types of coffee 
– roasting of coffee
– brewing

Then it’s your turn to be a barista. You’ll work the machine and learn what makes a deliciously syrupy espresso, and how to foam and pour milk for a silky cappuccino.
